Riverside swimming pool has an excellent range of activities and classes available to visitors and is home to Dunoon Amateur Swimming Club. The main pool is 25m (6 lanes), with a teaching pool directly opposite. The teaching pool has a slide for the children and for the rest of the family there is a 45 metre flume as well as 'funky floats' and fun sessions. The Health Suite contains a Sauna, Steam room and Spa, with adjoining access to the pool. The Fitness Suite is available every day for both members and non-members (an induction must be completed before use). The fitness suite has top of the range cardio and resistance equipment and the gym is staffed by qualified instructors who are always on hand to give you help and advice.
