Enjoy a menu full of delicious, freshly prepared dishes 7 days a week at the Loch Fyne Oyster Bar in Cairndow. The original Oyster Bar and Shop were situated in a small shed in the lay-by at the head of Loch Fyne in the early 1980's. Popularity secured its relocation into the old cow byre at Clachan Farm in 1985.
Food is served throughout the day at the Oyster Bar and the menu includes shellfish, smoked fish and white fish as well as Scotch beef steaks, Bute lamb and a vegetarian option. We also offer an impressive range of homemade deserts and Scottish cheeses to complete your meal.
The wine list has been specially selected to compliment the dishes on our menu and include our very own Gros Plant from Leon Boullault at Nates. ‘Le plus proche de l'ocean' they say of Gros Plant locally and drink little else with oysters.
