About

Aulay's Bar, known simply as Aulay's to locals, is situated in the centre of Oban, occupying the former site of the town's oldest droving inn, Tigh Clach A' Gheodha or The House of the Creek Stone.

Brimming with character, the pub has traditional back to back public and lounge bars.

Every inch of wall space is awash with a unique collection of maritime prints showing Oban's seafaring heritage throughout the centuries.

Aulay's is owned and personally managed by Aulay Dunn, a member of Oban's longest standing licensee family, spanning over 3 generations.

Aulay's serves a large selection of traditional ales and lagers and boasts an extensive range of Scottish Malts. Our friendly staff will be happy to help you make your choice.

Bar lunches are served from 12noon to 2.30pm. Choose from our varied menu of traditional Scottish fayre at very reasonable prices.

Aulay's has a large mixed clientele of locals and holidaymakers alike. Come in, have a game of darts or dominoes with your friends, watch popular sporting events on our large screen TV. But perhaps best of all is to relax, savour a drink and simply enjoy the warmth and special welcome of a real Scottish pub.
