Modern, well equipped flat, attached to main house, in a quiet area on the edge of Oban. The accommodation has heaters in all rooms and comprises one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. En-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The lounge has a colour television, video and cd player and there is also a tv and video in the bedroom. In addition the lounge has a fold down bed for a third person. The dining kitchen is well equipped with microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. Bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge and electricity is metered. The flat has private parking and there is also a patio area with furniture. The property can accommodate 3 guests and is available all year round. Oban is an excellent base for touring Argyll and the Islands. For those who enjoy sports there is an 18 hole golf course, pony trekking and diving. For wet weather there are also excellent indoor sports facilities in the leisure centre.
