The accommodation comprises one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, one twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with electric shower, lounge with dining area and a modern kitchen. The lounge is bright with comfortable leather sofas, pine furnishings, TV, VCR and selection of videos, stereo system and board games. There is a partial sea view. The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, toastiemaker and all requirements.
The apartment has secure entry at the front and rear with a private parking space at the rear of the building.
Within a few minutes walk of the apartment there are shops, restaurants, pubs, banks and tourist office. there is a ten pin bowling alley nearby as well as an indoor swimming pool.
The bus and train stations and ferry terminal are only a few minutes walk away. Oban is an ideal location for exploring the West Highlands and Islands of Scotland. From here you can take a ferry to Mull, Coll, Tiree, Colonsay, Islay, Lismore, Kerrera, Barra and South Uist.
Oban, with its beautiful bay and spectacular scenery, offers plenty to see and do. You can visit McCaig's Tower, high above the bay, Oban Distillery and the Rare Breeds Farm Park as well as sampling Highland Shows. There is excellent hill walking in the area as well as many water pursuits including seal watching and diving.
