Located at the waters edge in Scotland is the Luxurious Hollytree Hotel, Seafood Restaurant and Swimming pool complete with indoor heated swimming pool and sauna.
The Seafood Restaurant has large glass panels overlooking the sea offering fantastic views and is well known for serving locally caught fresh seafood and shellfish with scallops, mussels, oysters, langoustines, prawns, salmon and lobster particular specialties. Ensuring that there is something for everything the restaurant also specializes in Scottish fillet steak, Scottish wild venison, free range chicken and Scottish Lamb, all char grilled to perfection using a specially designed chargrill. Unlike a number of Hotels, the Seafood restaurant pays particular attention to freshly prepared quality food and the full A’ la Carte menu is served for dinner bed and breakfast guests with no fixed or limited choice table d'hote menu being forced on our guests.
The Holly Tree is one of the few Hotels in Scotland to have their own fully heated indoor swimming pool and Finnish sauna to completely relax in. The luxury swimming pool has a powerful swim spa which is operated inside the swimming pool and can be used to swim against or simply to massage. Great fun for all from to kids to grown ups!
The seashore aspect of the Hotel is a great feature with the sea views of Scotland's romantic West coast simply unforgettable.
